Wild Leek is known by many common names including Ramsons, Wild Garlic, Wood Garlic and Bear Garlic. It has the same pungent flavour as the more familiar bulb garlic but is slightly milder and less likely to burn when eaten raw.

As a healing herb, Ramsons can be made as a tea, taken as a macerated oil (for example, in olive oil), or eaten raw.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add 1-2 tsp of botanical to a cup of boiled water. Allow to steep for 10 mins and consume (straining optional). Recommended dosage is up to (but not exceeding) 3 cups a day.

It is unsuitable for people already taking blood-thinning medication or who are at risk of any condition affected by blood thinning.
